Skin disinfection test according to VAH Method 13 on natural skin flora and supplemented with E. coli (not published)

25 healthy test subjects were admitted to the accredited Hygcen test laboratory to compare the treatment with cold plasma with the effect of disinfectants. One treatment lasted 3 minutes and the recognized VAH method 13, which is required for the RKI listing of skin disinfectants, was subsequently applied. From the results we can show that plasma fulfills the RKI requirements for skin disinfectants and has a similar efficacy as skin disinfectants. The treatment was well accepted by all test subjects, without pain or side effects.
